The research group led by Assoc.
Professor Konstantin Pervushin (www.trosy.com) at the School of Biological
Sciences is focused on drug discovery and the development
of innovative techniques for protein structure determination
and analysis of interactions and dynamics using NMR spectroscopy. The Role: The successful candidate will be structural biologist or biological
physicist in the newly established School of Biological sciences that aims
to provide structural solutions to many disease related problems. The majority
of NMR experiments will be performed using a cluster of state-of-the-art 400,
500, 600 and 700 MHz NMR spectrometers (600 and 700 are cryoprobe-equipped).
The candidate will be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere of innovative scientific
enterprise created in the last years in Singapore. The Person: Applicants should possess a bachelor degree (or PhD for postdoctoral
position) in structural biology, biophysics, biochemistry, or protein chemistry
and understanding of or practical experience with elucidation of protein structures
using 3D triple-resonance NMR techniques or drug discovery computer based programs. Selection Criteria: The position description and selection criteria should
satisfy general admission requirements of NTU (www.ntu.edu.sg). Contact: For further details, contact Professor Konstantin
Pervushin (www.trosy.com) by phone, +65 6514 1916, or email
(kpervushin@ntu.edu.sg). Submission of applications: Send your application, add subject Group
